  1. Wash and cut melon into cubes,including tomato. Soak and slice dried mushroom into strips. Slice pork and marinate.
  2. Saute ginger,garlic and dried mushroom then pork.After a while add tomatoe. Add a little water and simmer then add melon. Cook it until melon is tender. Season with oyster sauce.
