  1. Make ready 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. Take 1 cup Ghee
  3. Take 100 gms Gond
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup Almonds
  5. Take 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup Raisin
  7. Get 10-15 Dry Dates
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Ajwain powder
  9. Get 1 tbsp Water

Instructions to make Winter special gond laddu:
  1. Add one cup ghee in pan.
  2. Fry edible gond on low flame (slowly & gradually).
  3. Fry Almond & Cashew in the same pan for 2 mins.
  4. Fry Raisin fry in the same pan for 1 min.
  5. Roast wheat flour in same pan till golden brown colour (add 2 tbsp ghee if required)
  6. Crush gond.
  7. Grind dry fruits in mixer
  8. Dry khajur (12 to 15 nos.) Grind in mixer
  9. Roast dry coconut powder in the same pan without ghee for 2 mins.
  10. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and add 2 tsp ajwain powder
  11. Add 3 tbsp ghee in the same pan & add 1 + ½ cup jaggery as soon as jaggery melt add 1 tbsp water
  12. Add jaggery syrup in the dry ingredients.
  13. Mix well.
  14. Now make laddu.
