Steps to make Saucy winter veggies:
  1. Heat a pan with 1 cube butter add all purpose flour quick stir and add hot milk, black pepper powder and allow it to boil for few seconds. White sauce is ready and keep aside.
  2. Boil cauli flower carrot in salt added water. Strain the hot water and rinse with cold water to keep the original colour of veggies.
  3. Heat a another pan with residual butter and add chopped gatlic and saute. Add all veggies including tomato and chilli paste also and saute on low flame
  4. Add black pepper powder, salt, sugar and cook for 2 min. Add white sauce and garnish with coriander leaves.
