  1. Get 250 grms boneless chicken
  2. Make ready 4 green chillies
  3. Make ready 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  4. Get 1 tsp soya sauce
  5. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 2-3 spring onions finely chopped
  7. Take to taste Salt and pepper
  8. Take 2 tsp butter
  9. Make ready 1 tsp maida
  10. Take 50 grms maggi
  11. Get 1 cup milk and chicken stock
  12. Get 1 tsp oregano
  13. Take 1 tsp cheese cube
  14. Get 3 tsp Coriander leaves
  15. Make ready 1 cup bread crums
  16. Prepare 1 egg white

Instructions to make Chicken squares #winter:
  1. First of all pressure cook the boneless chicken pieces adding salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste. When the chicken pieces slightly cool down, shred them.
  2. Meanwhile in boiling water add some salt and oil and add maggi. Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes and remove the access water. Let it cool down.
  3. Take a pan and add 2 t.spoons butter. When it melts add 1 t.spoon plain flour and roast till it's golden brown. Now add milk. Reduce the flame to slow. And add chicken stock. Mix well. The white sauce is ready. Let it cook for a while and add boiled chicken pieces, spring onions finely chopped, green chillies finely chopped.
  4. Now add salt and pepper to taste. Add green chilli sauce, soya sauce and oregano. Add handful of fresh coriander leaves. Grate 1 cube cheese and add maggi masala.
  5. Mix each and every ingredients well. Now take out the mixture on a plate which is greeced with oil. Keep the mixture into freezer for 5 hours.
  6. Take out the mixture. After few minutes cut small square pieces. Dip them in egg whites 1st and then in bread crums. Deep fry them in hot oil. Serve with catch up…
