  1. Make ready 250 g chicken
  2. Take 1 potato medium sized
  3. Take 2 tomatoes medium sized
  4. Make ready 1/2 part cauliflower
  5. Prepare 2 carrots
  6. Prepare 1 german cabbage
  7. Get 4-5 beans
  8. Take 4-5 spring onion/ onion leaves
  9. Prepare 2-3 onion medium sized
  10. Get small piece ginger
  11. Prepare 1 medium sized garlic
  12. Get 5-6 chilles
  13. Take coriander leaves(for garnish)
  14. Make ready spices:
  15. Take 1 1/2 tsp salt
  16. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  17. Get 1 tsp cumin powder
  18. Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  19. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  20. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper powder
  21. Take 50 ml oil (mustard/vegetable oil)

Steps to make Chicken curry with winter veggies:
  1. Clean chicken. Wash vegetables & Cut into desired/preferable sizes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry for a few minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste. Fry till they turn into golden yellow.
  3. Now add chicken, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder, mix well and fry for 15-20minutes in medium flame.
  5. When chicken starts leaving oil, add veggies step by step. Fry them for 10-15minutes.
  6. Now add cumin powder, coriander powder and black pepper powder, mix well & fry for 2-3minutes.
  7. Add chopped chillies and tomatoes, fry untill all tomatoes become soft.
  8. Add garam masala, fry for 2-3minutes. Add water in very small amount, let it evaporate till chicken become tender. If needed again add water.
  9. When chicken becomes soft add spring onions, fry for 4-5minutes. And its done!
  10. Remove from the flame, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chapatti/roti or rice.
