Steps to make Winter Special Daal Baati with Binjal Bharta and Chatney:
  1. For Baati-mix all ingredient in a bowl and make a Smooth dough
  2. Make Round balls for Baati and keep in OTG for 20 mins for baking the baati
  3. After 20 mins take out Baatis from Oven and pour Ghee on it.Now Baati is ready to serve.
  4. For Daal Add all mix daal and water and boil for 10 mins.
  5. Take onion tomato Vumin Seed and garlic and saute well and prepare Daal.Now Daal is ready to serve
  6. For Binjal Bharta-Take 2 Big Binjal and put in Air Frier for roasting for 10 min.
  7. After that finely chopped tomato onion garlic ginger and green chillies.
  8. Switch in the Gas add 1 tablespoon of oil in a sauce pan and put all finely chopped veg.and peas salute well
  9. After that add mashed Binjal in it.add some spices to add the flavour.
  10. Add some salt as per your taste and some Ghee.Now Bharta is ready to serve.
  11. Now Daal Bhaati is ready to serve.
