  2. Make ready 1/2 cup grated carrots
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup green peas
  4. Take 3 green chillies finely chopped
  5. Take 1 tbsp salt
  6. Get as needed Bread crumbs
  7. Make ready As needed Maida
  8. Take 2 eggs beaten well
  9. Prepare As needed Oil for deep frying

Instructions to make Winter snacks-Crispy Vegetable Croquettes:
  1. Mash the boiled potatoes well. Add the grated carrot, peas & chillies to it.
  2. Add the salt and mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Oil your palms and roll 1tbsp of the mixture into croquettes or desired shape.
  4. Coat the croquette with Maida flour followed by egg followed by breadcrumbs. Repeat the steps to get a firm outer crust.
  5. Once all are made put it in the freezer for 20 mins. So that it doesn’t break when deep frying.
  6. Deep fry in hot oil until it turns brown evenly. Transfer to tissues and remove excess oil. Serve with ketchup, green chutney & mayonnaise.
