Steps to make #winter Creamy spicy Broccoli soup:
  1. Chop the Broccoli,carrot,peas,and onion into pieces. And boil in a pan for 10 mins on medium flame. Afterwards take out the vegetables and drained the water from the pan and keep aside. Fry the boiled vegetable with 3 tablespoons of butter for 5 mins in a low flame.
  2. Now in a bowl take 3 tablespoons of rice flour,and 5 onion leaves chopped. Make a batter with 1/2 cup of water.Now heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the chopped onion,and then pour the batter mixed in a pan.Bring it to a boil for 10 mins,mix 2 tablespoons of black pepper and chilli flakes.
  3. Afterwards mix the fried vegetables in a batter and cook for 5 mins or more to make it a thick gravy add 3 tablespoons of coconut milk and 2 tablespoons of low fat cream stir for a min.And switch off the flame and taste.
  4. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
