  5. Take 1 tsp Carom seeds
  6. Prepare 1 & 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Take 1 tsp Baking powder
  9. Get as needed Water and milk mixture - knead the dough
  10. Make ready For stuffing
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup Chopped Potatoes
  12. Make ready 1-1/2 cup Cauliflower
  13. Make ready 1/2 cup Carrot
  14. Get 1/2 cup Beans
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  16. Take 1 tsp Garam Masala
  17. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
  18. Make ready 1 handful Chopped coriander leaves

Steps to make Vegetable Litti (Winter Special Breakfast):
    1. Take wheat,and all purpose flour add ghee,salt carom seeds,ajwain, baking powder and knead the dough with mil and water.
    1. Dough should be smooth and and hard,rest it for 15 min
    1. Take a pan with oil,add,cumin, mustard, fennel seeds
    1. Add all veggies one by one and Cook cover.
    1. Add salt, turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam Masala,black pepper,grated ginger and Chilli
    1. Cook for few minutes untill soft
    1. Add chopped coriander leaves,let it cool down before stuffing
  1. Take small dough,stuff veggies by pressing and make small dough
  2. Preheat the gas oven /tandoor,put the balls and let it bake in high flame,untill golden in colour
  3. Keep turning in a regular interval. - Serve with green chutney and sauce
