Instructions to make The week night PIZZA:
  1. I have mentioned a few veggies here that I pulled out of the fridge to make this meal
  2. The uniqueness about this is the flavour of the puff pastry sheets once it is baked
  3. Maybe some of the veggies I have mentioned stand out weird to you, but seriously add what you feel like, and the outcome will defintely not disappoint you!
  4. On a defrosted puff pastry sheet, layer all the veggies of your choice and bake in a preheated oven at 180C
  5. Once it is crispy golden brown, slice into pieces and enjoy warm!
