Instructions to make Beef shawarma:
  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and milk in a bowl, put the yeast in a separate bowl & add hot water 2 it.
  2. Wen it cools, pour the yeast in the mixture, add oil & pour water to make a soft sticky dough.Allow it to rise in a warm place for about 30mins
  3. I cut my dough into 12 pieces, I kneaded it by apply oil in my hand, set the non stick pan at low heat.
  4. Cut the meat into small pieces after washing, apply onions, wit spices & boil it for 10mins. When it cools, use ur mortar to grind it, apply ur grinded pepper & onions wit little oil & curry & den fry 4 abt 5mins
  5. Wash cut vegetables, cut in a bowl, in another bowl, mix ur mayonaise wit a little ketchup at 3:1 & den pour upon the vegetables & mix
  6. Take ur shawarma bread spread a little mayonaise on it, add your minced meat, den d coslow & fold
  7. Done, enjoy
