  1. Make ready 10 pita bread
  2. Get Grilled or cooked boneless Turkey
  3. Make ready 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  4. Get 2 tsp lempn juice
  5. Make ready 3 tablespoon mustard
  6. Prepare 3/4 cup Mayo
  7. Prepare Grilled or fried Sauges or chicken pranks
  8. Make ready 2 tbs bkack pepper/ hot red chilli sauce
  9. Prepare Cabbage shredded
  10. Take 4 carrot shredded
  11. Prepare Salt
  12. Get 3 gloves garlic chopped

Steps to make Turkey Shawarma:
  1. Since i had already grilled the turkey, i just shredded them and kept aside withthe grilled sausages
  2. Take a bowl, combine the yogurt, mustard, mayo, garlic, black pepper. We making the sauce that will be spread on tbe pita bread. Throw in the grilled bones Turkey and add
  3. In another bowl combine the shredded cabbage and carrots…pour in the sauce and mix up properly
  4. Spread tge sauce on the puta bread, add the mixed veggies, and sausages…top with some red chilli sauce. Add.more sauce on the top to make it really rich.
  5. Roll the bread with precision, so that no rough edges remain. placed on a non stick pan for 2mins on each side. Then remove, cut up and serve with your favourite drink…
