  6. Prepare 2 tsp clear honey
  7. Prepare 2 tsp dijon mustard
  8. Take 1 pinch salt and black pepper
  9. Take topping
  10. Make ready 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  11. Get 5 thyme flowers (optional)

Instructions to make Warm Beet & Feta Salad:
  1. Heat oven to 200 C
  2. Open beets and place in a baking dish, slice them into quarters
  3. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over beets
  4. Cook the beets for 15 minutes or until they are hot and syrupy, turn them around in the dressing once or twice
  5. Serve beets with the crumbled feta over the top and the thyme flowers (if using), and eat them wholewheat bread or pittas
