  7. Take Curry leaves fresh or dried
  8. Make ready 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  9. Take 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
  10. Get 1 teaspoon oil
  11. Get 1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
  12. Get 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  13. Get 1-3 tables spoon pomegranate seeds for garnishing

Instructions to make Power Salad:
  1. Finely chop all the vegetables and boil the chickenpeas with some salt
  2. Add all the vegetables and chickpeas together in a bowl
  3. Take a pan add some oil to it then add sesame seeds, black mustard seeds, red Chilli powder and saute them
  4. Add the mixed vegetables in the pan and saute for 1-2 mins and don't overcook them. Add coriander leaves and mix it
  5. Take the salad in a bowl and add lemon juice and pomegranate seeds and mix it.
  6. Your salad is ready to serve. You can eat this as a starter also
