Steps to make Morning Dew:
  1. Slice apple,lemon and cucumber.Discard their seeds.
  2. Pluck out leaves of mint and clean them.
  3. Deseed apricots and grate the ginger.
  4. In the evening spread cucumber and apple slices in a tumbler.
  5. Then spread apricots, grapes,mint leaves and lemon slices.
  6. Put grated ginger and cinnamon sticks.
  7. Fill the tumbler with fresh water.
  8. Keep it overnight.
  9. In the morning take out water from the tumbler.Sip it first at leisure.
  10. Avoid eating anything for one hour.
  11. If desired, can fill the tumbler again with the same content. and dew can be drunk for one more day.
  12. After that content can be discarded.
