  1. Cut the squares puff pastry sheets into halves or desired shape…brush with beaten eggs n bake them for 10 to 15 min in preheated oven 200 degree Centigrade…..but keep an eye on them…n rest them to cool
  2. Now make chocolate spread…….in ma mug add chocolate chunks or chocolate bars n heat in microwave for 30 seconds then add cheese portion n fresh thick cream n stir it well to make smooth spread n let it cool for 10 min in the fridge….it is readyi
  3. I have made grapes syrup with fresh black grapes juice…..take juice,lemon juice n sugar n cook until get thick grapes syrup
  4. Take out the seeds of dates n blend them with almonds n milk……then cook in non-stick pan just for 2 to 3 minutes to dry out the milk…..it shud b like paste…….
  5. Assembling…..take three to four sheets n layerd them with all filling one by one…on frist sheet spread 1 tbs dates paste…..on second sheet layer with chocolate spread then thick syrup of grapes n one more sheet n drizzle chocolate syrup n grapes syurp n enjoy the nutritient dessert…..
