Steps to make Salmon pie:
  1. First split pastry in half and roll out so it can be fitted in 2 pie friendly oven trays. Bake them blind about 5 minutes on 200°C.
  2. Sweat onion and add to a big bowl
  3. Chop all other ingredients roughly and mix with onion squeeze the lemon in to.
  4. In a jug mix cream and lobster concentrate season with some salt and pepper and taste for approval =) Remember there are some eggs to go in next so lots of flavor is good.
  5. Mix in eggs(minus shells)
  6. Fill the part baked crusts with the mix and place in oven then pour from jug enough mixture in. (if walls are not high enough don´t be tempted to pour that last bit in a as it rises slightly upon cooking)
