  1. Take Dry ingredients:
  2. Prepare 1 1/4 cups fine rava/sooji/semolina
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, spooned & leveled
  4. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
  5. Take 1/4 tsp baking soda
  6. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  7. Take Wet ingredients
  8. Get 1 cup sugar*
  9. Prepare 1/3 cup flavorless oil
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup non sour yogurt
  11. Make ready 3/4 cup milk
  12. Make ready 1 tsp vanilla extract
  13. Take 1/2 tsp butter extract optional

Instructions to make Cake😋:
  1. Grease an 8-inch cake tin with little oil or oil spray and dust with flour to coat the pan. Use a parchment paper to line the base of the tin.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add salt, whisk the dry ingredients until well combined.
  3. Set aside for 10-15 mins
  4. In a sufficiently large bowl, add yogurt, whisk it well to get rid of any lumps
  5. Then add milk, oil, sugar, clear vanilla and butter extracts.
  6. Whisk well to incorporate all the ingredients
  7. Add the semolina to the liquid ingredients, mix well, cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  8. After 30 minutes, the semolina will have absorbed the liquid, the batter will become thicker. After about 20 minutes, preheat the oven in the middle flame
  9. Now fill the tin with batter remember don’t fill too much
  10. Check after 45 minutes with toothpick
  11. Then remove from the tin and cool on the rack completely. Cut into desired pieces and serve.
