  1. In a vessel, mix maida, egg, sugar and water.. beat well, make sure that no lumps are formed.
  2. Add sesame seeds and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan on a medium heat and keep the cookie mould in it till it's completely hot.
  4. Then put the mould in the batter, the batter will get stick to it.
  5. Put it into the hot oil, the cookie will get unmould automatically.. deep fry it till golden brown.
  6. Ready to serve.. you can even store it upto 15 - 20 days in a air-tight container.
