Instructions to make Cabbage fritters or patta gobi vadi:
  1. Take one cup of grated cabbage.Add rice flour,besan,chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,roasted sesame seeds,asafoetida grated ginger,cumin seeds salt to taste and corinder leaves as mentioned in the ingredients
  2. Mix everything very well and if required add little water and mix to form a thick batter..Now spread this batter on a greased plate
  3. Now u hve to steam it.take cooker and steam it in it but don't put the whistle on the lid
  4. Now cut in desired shape and fry it. And serve with tomato sauce and hot cup of tea or coffee ☕️ 😊
