  8. Take 1 Zucchini , diced
  9. Get 1 Carrot,diced

Instructions to make Roast Chicken with Veggies:
  1. Clean the chicken and make slight cuts on the chicken for the marination to seep in. Add all the marinade to it. Keep it for an hour. Note: Add only a little bit of salt during marination, rest to be added while cooking.
  2. On a non-stick pan put some olive oil (can be white oil too) and place the chicken pieces. Keep turning the pieces in intervals till cooked.
  3. While the chicken is getting cooked partially steam the veggies and then add them to the chicken. The juice of the veggies add flavour to the roast.
  4. Check the tenderness of the chicken with a fork and it's ready to eat.
  5. Have it with bread and a dash of butter
