Instructions to make Combo meal:
  1. For the sausages shallow fry them and set aside
  2. For the boiled green grams, put them in a pan, sauté them on medium low heat, add cubed carrots, Salt, turmeric, coriander leaves, royco cubes and little amount of warm water.
  3. For the green bananas, fry the onions and sliced garlic in cooking oil to golden brown, simmer the tomatoes,add pinch of salt, sugar, turmeric spice, royco cubes.Add the peeled green bananas, with water then cover and simmer till well cooked. Then sprinkle your chopped coriander leaves on top.
  4. For the eggs, beat them in a bowl containing salt, chopped onions, black pepper and red chillies. Shallow fry them in a pan into an omelette. Set aside then slice them vertically and horizontally to form square shaped egg pieces.
