Steps to make Oat meal:
  1. Wash the wheat and allow it to dries
  2. Put in a grinder and grind it
  3. Boil the water, add the grinded wheat
  4. Allow it to cook till become thick
  5. Put in a bowl add sugar,milk and mix it
