  1. Wash and soak rice,dal.
  2. Gather all chopped veggies in a plate.
  3. Pressure cook rice and dal.
  4. Heat ghee and oil in kadai add jeera, rai add onions and chilli ginger garlic paste.

  6. Add rice and dal and mix well add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt. Cover and cook for a while and serve hot with ghee pickle.
