  1. Prepare 500 gms Chicken
  2. Take 1 Cup Dahi (Yoghurt)
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)
  4. Make ready Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp
  5. Get Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
  8. Get 1/4 tsp Haldee powder (Turmeric powder)
  9. Prepare Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  10. Take 1 tbs Lemon juice
  11. Take 4-5 tbs Oil
  12. Prepare 2-3 Green chilli (Green chilies)
  13. Take Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
  14. Take 3 boiled eggs for garnish

Instructions to make Masala Roast Chicken:
  1. In bowl,add chicken,dahi,ginger garlic powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds, black pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt and lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. In pot,add oil,green chilies,curry leaves and mix well.
  3. Add onion and fry until light golden
  4. Add marinated chicken,mix well for 2 minutes and cook until chicken is done (approx.20 minutes on low flame) and keep mixing in between until water dries & oil separates
  5. Serve it in pyrex dish and also add boiled cut eggs.. With naans or garlic bread and Salad ♥️💚
