The ingredients needed to make Chicken and Meal maker maker Curry:
  1. Get 600-800 gms Chicken
  2. Get 100 gms small & 2 big onion sliced
  3. Take 1 green chilli
  4. Get 1-2 tomato puree
  5. Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  8. Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. Get 2 tsp cumin powder
  10. Get 1 tbsp curd, 1/2 lemon
  11. Get leaves Coriander, mint
  12. Make ready 1 long cinnamon stick (broken),2 cardamon,2cloves
  13. Get 100 gms ginger garlic paste
  14. Get to taste Salt
  15. Get 1 pack Achi chicken masala
  16. Take 200 gms meal maker

Instructions to make Chicken and Meal maker maker Curry:
  1. Add Oil to a pan once hot add in cinnamon, cardamon,cloves..
  2. Add both Onions,1 green chilli, and stir fry for a few mins. Add in tomato puree along with ginger garlic paste🍅🍅
  3. Add all powders and stir until oil separates.
  4. Now add salt, chicken,lemon,curd,coriander and mint leaves. This helps chicken to stay soft.. stir for a few mins.
  5. Now boil meal maker in a different pan with water for 3 mins.. once done drain it's water and add to the curry.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of water to the curry and cover it with the lid for few mins.. or put the pressure lid on up to 2 whilste.
  7. Top with coriander leaves and serve hot.
