The ingredients needed to make Carrot and Tuna Salad:

  2. Take 1 purple onion (or regular onion)
  3. Prepare 1 canned tuna
  4. Prepare fresh coriander
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp soy sauce*
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp rice vinegar*
  7. Get 2 tbsp rapseed oil*
  8. Prepare 2 tsp sugar*
  9. Take 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  10. Get pepper

I developed this recipe after I tasted cream cheese in a salmon salad sandwich at a funeral lunch in. Combine drained tuna, carrots, apple, yogurt, raisins, parsley, shallot, mayonnaise, and vinegar in medium bowl. Spread thin layer of mustard over each piece of toasted baguette. Top each with one-fourth of Cheddar and a remaining slice of bread.
