  3. Get 1/4 cup Cucumber

  7. Take 1/4 cup Red Grapes

  10. Prepare 1 can Tuna in Sunflower Oil
  11. Get 1 tbsp Chopped Almonds
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  13. Prepare 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  14. Make ready 1 tsp Paprika
  15. Prepare 1/2 Green Finger Chilli

Instructions to make Not Your Average Tuna Salad:
  1. Shred the lettuce and spinach and add to the bowl
  2. Dice the cucumber, avocado, apple, spring onion and tomato and add to the bowl
  3. Add the grapes to the bowl
  4. Drain and dry the tuna, and place it in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine with mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika and the green finger chilli
  6. Mash this all together
  7. Mix your salad well, then add the tuna mix and top with flaked almonds to serve
  8. As an alternative, you can make this with smoked salmon instead - equally nice. shown in photos :)
