  1. Prepare 2 Mizuna (large bunches)
  2. Get 1 can Canned tuna
  3. Get 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  4. Take 1 tbsp Ponzu
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Sesame oil

Tuna salad starts with a blend of two main ingredients: tuna and mayonnaise. The tuna used is usually pre-cooked, canned, and packaged in water or oil. Pickles, celery, relish, and onion are foremost among the ingredients that are often added. Southern tuna salad is the perfect sandwich filling.

Steps to make Mizuna and Tuna Salad:
  1. Mix the mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, and sesame oil well.
  2. Wash the mizuna and cut into 3 cm. Drain the water from the tuna can and break up the tuna.
  3. Mix the mizuna and tuna, put it in a serving bowl and add the dressing from Step 1.
