  4. Take 1 tbsp * Onion (grated)
  5. Make ready 2 1/2 tbsp *Vinegar
  6. Take 2 1/2 tbsp * Honey
  7. Take 1 tbsp * Extra virgin olive oil
  8. Get 1 * Coarsely ground black pepper, salt
  9. Get 2 tbsp Katakuriko

  1. Drain the soy beans in a colander or sieve.
  2. Put the * ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Put the soy beans and katakuriko in a plastic bag. Shake well to coat the beans with it.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil (not listed in ingredients) in a frying pan. Pan fry the soybeans until they are browned and crispy.
