Instructions to make Vegan “tuna” pasta salad:
  1. Prep ingredients
  2. Cook pasta and chop veg. Roughly chop tomatoes, grate carrot and dice onion
  3. Drain brazed tofu and fork the flakes loose. Rip up nori into small bits and stir into tofu. Squeeze lemon over
  4. Once pasta is cooked and drain stir everything in together
  5. Add cheese if you like (this is vegan cheese)
