Instructions to make Jowar Bajari Ragi bhakri:
  1. Take atta,salt in a mixing bowl add 1/2cup of warm water.
  2. Mix it well with a spoon and knead a soft dough. Make small balls out of it.
  3. Place it on a flat surface and make a bhakri shape by patting or you can do with rolling pin but patting is best option.
  4. Pace it on hot tawa apply little water on it and let it cook flip it on other side too and roast on direct flame.
  5. Bhakri is ready to serve with bhaji.
