  1. Take 1 heap cup jowar flour
  2. Get 1 tsp salt

Instructions to make Jowar rotla:
  1. At first, put a clay tawa on high flame. Take flour, salt in wide-open utensils. Add little water and knead a dough. Add more water as jowar tends to absorb more water. Knead the dough with the lower part of the palm. Knead it for at least 7-10 minutes.
  2. Make a round from dough. Tap well with both palms simultaneously. After it gets round apply water on the edge all over with fingers. Then again tap using all different parts of hands to make it even and round. Put rotla on tawa gently. After a minute flip it on the other side with a spatula. Let it get roast for 10 minutes. Keep checking in between with spatula.
  3. Flip it again when it got roasted. It will get distended. Put littel pressure with fingers/ spatula to get properly distend.
