Steps to make Jwar (Jowar) Noodles:
  1. Take steamer or big pot on which sieve will fit perfectly. Fill the half of steaming pot with water
  2. Knead flour with half tsp salt and water.
  3. Make noodles by using Sev sancha(machine)
  4. Steam it around 10-12 mins
  5. Take noodles in plate and smoothly separate it.
  6. Now in pan on medium flame, heat the oil and give the tadaka with seeds, Curry Leaves, Chilies and Asafetida
  7. Add ginger garlic paste, fry for 2-3 mins and dry grapes, add noodle, spinach and spices
  8. Add lemon juice, and coriander leaves
