  1. Take a big plate(parat) add jowar flour, salt and warm water mix little and cover with the plate for 5 minutes. Now by adding little water start kneading the dough until turns soft.you have to knead really well rhen only we can roll bhakari without cracks.
  2. Now roll it to thin chapathi as much possible and place it on Tawa (iron) which is medium hot and apply water on up side. Now cook from both the sides. Turn it and cook on gas flame.
