Steps to make Jowar Upma:
  1. Soak jowar overnight.
  2. Pressure cook until soft.
  3. Take a pan, add oil, add Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad daal, Green chili, ginger. Now add chopped mixed vegetables and mix well.
  4. After the veggies are soften add boiled Jowar, Turmeric powder, Salt to taste, lemon juice and mix well.
