The ingredients needed to make Jowar Noodles:
  1. Get For the noodles
  2. Prepare 1 cup jowar
  3. Make ready 1/4-1/2 cup warm water
  4. Take to taste Salt
  5. Get Other ingredients
  6. Take 1/4 cup carrot, chopped
  7. Get 1/4 cup cabbage, chopped
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup capsicum, chopped
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
  10. Get 2 spring onion bulbs, chopped
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
  15. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  16. Take 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  17. Get 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  19. Make ready 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  20. Make ready to taste Salt

Jowar noodles made fresh in a stemer. Now add steamed sorghum flour noodles and turmeric to it and mix well. Switch off the heat and add the lemon. It is an ideal travel food for babies.

Instructions to make Jowar Noodles:
  1. Prepare a soft dough using jowar, salt and warm water. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Shape into 2 cylindrical logs. Grease a chakli, gathia maker with oil, put the dough in and press down to make noodles. Steam these noodles in a steamer for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and set aside covered with a wet cloth.
  2. In a wok, heat the olive oil. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and onions and saute on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add alm the other vegetables and saute on high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, vinegar and some of the sesame seeds. Mix well. Now add the noodles and toss everything untill well combined. Enjoy hot!
