  2. Get 2 1/2 cup water
  3. Get 1/4 tsp baking soda
  4. Get 2 tbsp peanut oil
  5. Make ready 1 tsp jeera(cumin)seeds
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp saunf (fennel) powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Ajwain/carom seeds
  8. Take 2 green chilli finely chopped
  9. Get To taste Salt
  10. Take 2 tsp Methia masala

Instructions to make Jowar Flour Khichu:
  1. Boil water on high flame add soda, salt, cumin,saunf & ajwain till1/4 of water evaporates.
  2. Add chopped chilli and flour little little with and stirring continuously with wooden roller thickens on slow flame. Add oil mix well and turn off gas. Fill in greased katori well pressing with spoon. Unmould in a plate.
  3. Sprinkle methia masala and garnish with green chilli. Serve hot easymade, quickmade healthy breakfast in a plate.
