  2. Take 1/2 cup Spring onions chopped
  3. Get 1 tsp Salt
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Ajwan
  5. Make ready 1 cup Water around
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  7. Get 1 tsp Clarified butter
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Tomato chilli sauce

Instructions to make Steamed Jowar Tokris:
  1. Keep all your ingredients ready. Boil the water. Mix jowar atta, salt, ajwan, spring onions and pour hot water. Mix well without forming lumps.
  2. Add little cold waterband Knead the dough well. Make small balls from dough and give tokri shape.
  3. Steame tokris in steamer for 6 minutes on medium flame, turn off gas and leave it for 2-3minutes. Open the stamer. Cooked jowar tokris are ready.
  4. Transe to serving plate. Put ghee over tokris. It can be eaten with sauce, sprinkle chilli and pepper flakes over it. Hot steamed Jowar Tokris are ready to eat.
