  3. Make ready 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  4. Take 1 tbsp ajwain
  5. Take 1tbsp red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 tbsp haldi powder
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  8. Take 1/2 cup warm water

Steps to make Jowar Methi Thepla:
  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients and knead into a soft dough using warm water. Keep aside for 10-minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 5-equal portions and roll out thepla
  3. Heat a tawa and cook each thepla. using 1/2-tbsp oil till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
  4. Serve with chunda. and khajur.
