The ingredients needed to make My morning carrot, apple,  ginger juice:
  1. Make ready 2 carrots
  2. Get 1/2 apple
  3. Prepare 2 cm piece fresh ginger
  4. Get 1 1/2 cup water

Juice Without a Juicer: Apple Carrot Beet Ginger Juice. This juice is slightly sweet and perfectly balanced, with some serious kick from the ginger. I made this juice up one afternoon and Zoe and John looked at it and decided to call it vamp juice, because it sort of looks like blood, but don't I do like the way the beets taste in this juice though. They blend in beautifully with the sweetness of the carrots and apple and the spiciness of the ginger.

Instructions to make My morning carrot, apple,  ginger juice:
  1. Clean the carrots, apple and ginger just snip the dirty bits but no need to peel cut into chunk pieces
  2. Add all the fruit and vegetables into a blender and add the water
  3. Blend on high for about 5 minutes then strain I used a sieve
  4. Serve with ice if you prefer voila done
