  1. Get 1 cup Jowar flour
  2. Take 3 tbsp besan
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp curd
  4. Take 1 small onion finely chopped
  5. Take 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  6. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  7. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  8. Take 1 teaspoon green chillies paste
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. Make ready 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  11. Take 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  12. Make ready to taste Salt

Instructions to make Jowar Vadas:
  1. Mix Jowar, besan and curd with water to form batter of dropping consistency. Do not make it watery. Keep it aside for 5-6 hours
  2. Add onion, sesame, salt, green chilli and Ginger paste. Mix well. Now add spices (except chat masala) and mix
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Before frying add baking soda to batter and mix. Using a spoon, drop the batter in hot oil. Fry on medium heat until golden brown
  4. Allow excess oil to be absorbed by absorbent towel. Sprinkle chat masala, serve hot with sauce or chutney
