  2. Make ready 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. Make ready 1/2 tbs rava / semolina
  4. Get 1-2 finely chopped green chilli
  5. Prepare 1 tbs finely chopped coriander
  6. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp or as required salt
  8. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice(optional)

Steps to make Instant jowar dosa:
  1. Take a jowar flour, rice flour, rava in a mixing bowl. Add chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. Now add water little by little to make a thin consistency batter like neer dosa or rava dosa.
  3. Cover and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Heat the non stick pan on low medium flame. On dosa tava spread oil using brush evenly.
  5. Mix the batter well. Pour the batter in a circular motion. Start pouring the batter from outside rim of tava to the inward center.(the method of pouring the batter is just like a rava dosa or neer dosa).
  6. Cook it on medium flame. Sprinkle little oil.
  7. Cook till it becomes golden brown. Sprinkle dry curry leaves chutney over it. Fold and serve hot with coconut chutney or potato curry.
