  1. Heat a pan and add ghee add jowar flour and roast on slow till light pink
  2. First add raisins and cook till the raisins puff,now add half of roasted cashew,almond,coconut & poppy seeds& cook for a while
  3. Turn off gas and mix grated jaggery properly and set in plate
  4. Set properly with flate steel bowl by little pressing
  5. Sprinkle remaining dry fruits,coconut & poppy seeds press them again with bowl lightly & give cut with knife when hot.
  6. Cool and remove pieces safely and arrange in a plate
