  1. Soak jowar, daliya and Mogar Moong dal for 10 mins. Meanwhile chopped vegetables and keep ready.
  2. Heat a pressure cooker add ghee, cumin, saunf mustard & when starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves, dhania jeera powder, red chilli powder and all the chopped vegetables and saute till aroma releases.
  3. Add soaked jowar daliya, moong dal, mix well add salt, water as needed, mix well, when starts bubbling cover with lid and cook till 3- whistle.
  4. When cool open the lid add desiccated coconut, coriander and tomato puree or sauce and mix well. Serve hot yummy tasty, healthy jowar daliya moong dal masala khichdi in a plate garnishing with chopped coriander, desiccated coconut, cucumber slices and ghee.
