  4. Prepare 3/4 cup spring onion finely sliced
  5. Get 1 tbsp thinly sliced garlic
  6. Prepare 1 inch ginger thinly sliced
  7. Take 1 Green chilli few coriander stems finely chopped
  8. Make ready 50 grams Paneer thinly sliced
  9. Get 2 tbsp yellow & green capsicum thinly sliced
  10. Make ready 1 tomato thinly sliced
  11. Take 2 tsp olive oil
  12. Get as per taste Salt
  13. Prepare For Mixing in a bowl:-

  15. Take 1 tsp chilli vinegar
  16. Take 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce

  20. Take 1 tsp corn flour mixed with 1- tsp water

  22. Prepare 1 cup Jowar flour
  23. Make ready 1/4 cup multigrain flour
  24. Get 1 tsp oil
  25. Prepare as per taste Salt
  26. Make ready as needed Water

Steps to make Chinese Stuffed Jowar Pockets:
  1. For dough mix jowar flour, multigrain flour, salt and oil in a bowl and knead a soft dough with water and make 6 equal balls.
  2. Mix soya sauce, chilli vinegar, Schezwan sauce, red garlic sauce green Chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and cornflour mixed with water in a bowl and keep aside. Heat a pan add olive oil and add ginger, garlic, chilli and coriander stems and saute for a while on high flame, now add one by one all sliced vegetables, paneer and prepared sauces mixture and saute till it thickens.
  3. Now take 2, balls and make 2- Small poori, apply oil on one poori sprinkle little flour on it and spread properly place 2nd poori on it and again roll it in oval shape and press outer line with fork cook it both sides applying ghee on slow flame till crispy.
  4. Now cut from the center with pizza cutter and open like packet and fill 2-tbsp prepared Chinese stuffing and serve hot Healthy Chinese stuffed Tasty Jowar Pockets in a plate.
