The ingredients needed to make Jowar Roti Delight:
  1. Get Ingredients
  2. Make ready 4 jowar roti
  3. Get 2 chopped tomatoes
  4. Prepare 1 chopped onion
  5. Get 1 tbsp oil
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  7. Take 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  8. Get 1/4 tsp roasted coriander powder
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  10. Get little turmeric powder
  11. Prepare to taste salt
  12. Get 2 tbsp chopped spinach

Jowar and bajra are two super healthy flours and should be definitely included to diet!! We have made a incredibly healthy and tasty roti recipe combining both the flours together which is Jowar. Instructions to make Jowar Roti Delight:
    1. Make small pieces of the jowar roti and keep aside.
    1. Take a deep pan. Put the oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, put mustard seeds.
    1. When the mustard seeds crackle add a pinch of turmeric, the onions, tomatoes, spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
    1. Add salt, chilli powder, roasted coriander powder and cumin powder. Then cook for 1 minute.
    1. Add the jowar roti pieces and mix well.
    1. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
    1. Serve hot! Enjoy!
  1. Note: You can garnish it with coriander leaves, and you can prepare this dish with any vegetables that you like! You can even make this with chapati.
