The ingredients needed to make Jowar (pearl millet) masala idli:
  1. Make ready 1 cup jowar aata
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  3. Take 8-10 flake garlic
  4. Get 2-3 green chillies
  5. Get 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
  6. Prepare 1 tsp pomegranate
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  8. Prepare to taste Salt

Steps to make Jowar (pearl millet) masala idli:
  1. Make paste of coriander leaves garlic green chillies. Crush coriander seeds & pomagranate seeds.Take one pot put jowar atta green paste, crushed coriander seeds, crushed pomagranate seeds, salt mix.
  2. Now put oil, water & knead dough.it should not be soft.now take big lemon size dough make ball & flatten it.
  3. Now steam them in idli maker for 10 -15 mnts or till done. serve them with any chutney.hot or cold.both way it tastes good
