  4. Take as needed oil
  5. Make ready as needed water
  6. Take 1 teaspoon Salt
  7. Make ready 1/2 Bottle Gourd
  8. Take 1/2 cup Extra flour for dusting

Instructions to make Nutritious Sorghum Bottle Gourd Roti Lauki Jowar Bhakri:
  1. Finely grate half a Bottle-Gourd/lauki.
  2. In a bowl add sorghum, flax and Soyabean flour, salt and grated lauki
  3. Mix together well. Make a dough by adding little water at a time. As lauki gives out lot of moisture and the dough will become sticky.
  4. Divide into 8 equal balls.
  5. Using dry flour, make round discs out of the dough balls. Grease your palm with oil if required.
  6. Roast on both sides on a skillet.
  7. Immediately keep the roti directly over the flame. The roti will fluff. Remove from flame. Make all the rotis is same manner.
  8. Rotis are ready use them as wraps or enjoy with your favourite curries or chutney. (I applied some ghee/clarified butter on top of rotis)
  9. Drizzle some clarified butter on top of each roti and serve immediately.
