  1. Take flour in a bowl and add salt
  2. Then add kasuri methi or fresh methi
  3. Add coriander leaves
  4. Add black pepper powder
  5. Add turmeric powder
  6. Now mix well and knead the dough and make ball for making paranthe
  7. Take patla and put bajra flour on it and put the dough on it and make parantha do it by hands slowly make round parantha
  8. Now put parantha on tawa and apply some water with hands on back side let it cook on one side and turn then again flip and cook properly
  9. Dont cook on high flame put the flame medium and your paratha is ready
  10. Serve it with chutney or dip I served with chickpea hummus
